Hall

• Hall rental for seven hours - two hours of setup, four hours of reception time and one hour of  teardown. Your time may be extended for an additional fee.
• Setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• All of your guest tables, up to 35. Each 60" round table seats 8-10 people.
• Natural wooden garden chairs with white padded seats for your guests (up to 300).
• All of your guest table linens in your choice of white or ivory.
• You may have up to six service tables that are draped and skirted to the floor.
• Up to 6 service tables.

Amenities

• Your choice of guest table centerpieces. Select from 12 beautiful styles. Centerpiece treatments are available at an additional charge. Treatments include additions such as ribbon, votive candles around the base, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and petals.
• A head table will be set up for the guest of honor that's draped, skirted and has tulle swags.
• Preferred seating reserved table signs for your special guests and family.
• A professional coordinator will be on-hand to help with all the details.
• Illuminated votive candles are placed on the chair rails around the room.
• Your name is placed on our large outside sign.
• Professionally attired servers, who will setup, maintain and service your event.
• Real greenery will be used to decorate the buffet table.
• Bird bath in the foyer for your bubbles or favors.
• Candles in the men and women's restrooms.
• An antique flower cart is available for use as your gift table.
• Professional stage lighting on your cake and buffet tables.
• Six Ficus trees with twinkle lights.
• A pretty glass topped table with mirror in foyer for your guest book.
• Use of our beautiful easel for a portrait.
• The use of our dance floor that can be used by your band or DJ.
• Use of our dance floor party lighting and fog machine (on request).

• Your choice of any menu.
• Menu items presented on silver trays, special serving pieces, silver chafers, fresh greenery, candles and decorative items will highlight the buffet tables.
• Clear, disposable plating.
• We will cut and serve your cake.
• Coffee or decaf coffee served in our samovar with all condiments.
• You may add your choice of soft drinks, Punchs or ice tea.

Poached halibut with a buerre blanc and fresh tomatoes

Salad of mixed greens, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, goat cheese, served with a black current vinaigrette     dressing

Option 3

Smoked salmon rolls with julienne of leeks and cucumbers
Boneless whole roasted chicken marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and sun dried Greek herbs
Assorted gourmet pizzas made with mozzarella, goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, basil, sausage and other various     toppings
Roasted beef served with horseradish sauce and miniature French Rolls
Medley of fresh steamed vegetables
Over roasted potatoes

• Level One - These menus will include a light selection of hors d'oeuvres or meal presented buffet style.
• Level Two - These menus will include either chef manned stations, heavy hors d'oeuvres or a dinner buffet. The level two menus contain either more food or nicer menu items than the level one menu.
• Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Pricing may be adjusted.
• Menu Additions - Chef manned stations and displays can be added to any menu or package. We also have brunch menus as well as cake and punch reception packages.
