Hall

• Hall rental for seven hours - two hours of setup, four hours of reception time and one hour of  teardown.
• Setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• All of your guest tables, up to 35. Each 60" round table seats 8-10 people.
• All of your guest table linens in your choice of white or ivory.
• All of the chairs you will need for your guests, up to 300.

Amenities

• Your choice of guest table centerpieces. Select from 12 beautiful styles.  Centerpiece treatments are available at an additional charge. Treatments include additions such as ribbon, votive candles around the base, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and petals.
• Your centerpiece selection is upgraded to include your choice of one treatment.
• We will drape and skirt all service tables up to six.
• Your names on one side of our outside sign.
• We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family members.
• Our beautiful easel in the foyer for your portrait.
• Bird bath in the foyer for your bubbles or favors.
• Candles in the men and women's restrooms.
• Up to 6 lighted fichus trees.
• A pretty glass topped table with mirror in foyer for your guest book.
• An antique flower cart is available for use as a gift table.
• The use of our specialty party lighting, located over the dance floor, that can be used by your band or DJ.
• We will use our professional spot lighting to create a dramatic effect on your cake and buffet tables.
• Use of our dance floor party lighting and fog machine (on request).

Menu

• Your choice of any menu.
• Beautiful tiered buffet presentation to include your choice of decor and props. You may select special lighting features, fabric, topiaries, cherubs, candelabras or garden urns.
• Clear, disposable plating.
• Your menu will be printed on specialty paper for your guests.
• We will provide servers to cut and serve your cake.
• Coffee served in our samovar with all condiments.
• Your choice of punch or iced tea.

Bar

• Your two choice of brand of beer.
• House wine for your guests. Your choice of any combination of white or red wines.
• You can upgrade your wine selection or trade out wine for additional beer.
• A champagne of non-alcoholic champagne toast with crystal champagne saucers for all your guests.
• Professional bartenders.
• Bar set ups include all of your bar needs such as disposable cups, ice, napkins, etc.

• Level One - These menus will include a light selection of hors d'oeuvres or meal presented buffet style.
• Level Two - These menus will include either chef manned stations, heavy hors d'oeuvres or a dinner buffet. The level two menus contain either more food or nicer menu items than the level one menu.
• Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Pricing may be adjusted.
