Meal

• Your choice of any menu.
• Menu items presented on silver trays, special serving pieces, silver chafers, fresh greenery, candles and decorative items will highlight the buffet tables.
• Clear disposable plating.
• Professionally attired servers, who will setup, maintain and service your event.
• You may add your choice of Soft Drinks, Punchs or iced tea.
• Real greenery will be used to decorate the buffet table.

Hall

• Hall rental for seven hours - two hours of setup, four hours of reception time and one hour of  teardown. Your time may be extended for an additional fee.
• Setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• All of your guest tables, up to 30.  (each 60" round table seats 8-10 people)
• Natural wooden garden chairs with white padded seats for your guests (up to 300).
• All of your guest table linens in your choice of white or ivory.
• Up to 5 service tables that are draped and skirted.

Amenities

• Six ficus trees with twinkle lights.
• Candles in the men and women's restrooms.
• An antique flower cart is available for use as your gift table.
• 22X35 elevated dance floor with spectator railing.
• Raised stage for your band or DJ.
• Professional stage lighting on your cake and buffet tables.
• Decorated arbor with tiny twinkle lights behind cake table.
• A pretty glass topped table with mirror in foyer for your guest book.
• Your name is placed on our large outside sign.

• Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Pricing may be adjusted.
