Hall Rental

• Hall rental for seven hours - two hours of setup, four hours of reception time and one hour of  teardown.
• Setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• All of your guest tables, up to 35. Each 60" round table seats 8-10 people.
• Floor length linens for your guest tables.
• Natural wood garden chairs with padded seats for your guests , up to 300.
• We will drape and skirt up to six service tables.

Amenities

• A special cake table treatment, such as tulle swags or overlays.
• Lights are placed under the cake table.
• Your choice of guest table centerpieces. Select from 12 beautiful styles.  Centerpiece treatments are available at an additional charge. Treatments include additions such as ribbon, votive candles around the base, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and petals.
• Your centerpiece selection is upgraded to include your choice of one treatment.
• We really roll out the red carpet for you and your guests with our red carpet runner.
• Your names on both sides of our outside sign.
• Two chair covers for the honoree and special guest.
• Votive candles are placed on the chair rails around the walls of the room. This is a beautiful effect.
• A beautiful and functional bathroom basket is stocked with toiletries and placed in the women's restroom.
• Pretty coach lanterns are placed at the entrance.
• You can use our beautiful easel in the foyer for your portrait.
• We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family members.
• Candles in the men and women's restrooms.
• Up to 6 lighted Ficus trees.
• A pretty glass topped table with mirror in foyer for your guest book.
• An antique flower cart is available for use as a gift table.
• The use of dance floor that can be used by your band or DJ.
• Use of dance floor party lighting and fog machine (on request).

• Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Pricing may be adjusted.

Menu

• Your choice of any menu.
• A "WOW" buffet table presentation to include special lighting, extra buffet tables and lots of decor.
• Crystal plating and silverware for your menu.
• Folded linen napkins.
• Your choice of punch or iced tea will be added to any menu.
• We will provide servers to cut and serve your cake.
• Coffee and flavored tea served with all condiments.
• Your menu will be printed on specialty paper for your guests.

Bar

• A fully stocked bar!  Your guests will have their choice of unlimited mixed drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks to enjoy for the duration of your event - up to 4 hours.
• Bartenders and all necessary bar personnel.
• Bar set-ups that includes all of your bar needs such as disposable cups, ice, napkins, etc.
• A champagne or non-alcoholic champagne toast with crystal champagne glasses.
